1/35 Large Military Generator Trailer

Whilst much attention in the modelling community is often focused on armoured vehicles, a thought too should be spared for the simple, less glamorous, auxiliary devices that support said vehicles behind the scenes. As such we here at FoxHopp are pleased to provide a voice for the ubiquitous generator trailer, a mainstay of militaries and government agencies throughout the world and throughout the 20th century.

Despite being based on the post-war Soviet diesel EDS series of single-axle generator trailers, this kit offers a generator which would not look out of place amongst vehicles of most nations and many time periods, thanks to it’s classic design.

Being a fairly large unit, this generator is suitable for towing by vehicles similar in size to the BTR-152, or trucks such as URAL-4320, Zil-130, Zil-157, Zis-151, GAZ-66 etc.

The kit itself features doors in both the open and closed position, articulating support legs and wire for adding additional pipes and cables.
