The Hotchkiss H35 is a French light tank manufactured from 1935. Entering service in 1936, it equipped some of the tanks of the French cavalry and infantry during the Battle of France.

Platoon Command version: Only a portion of the tanks received upgraded armament by the start of the war (SA38 gun). Priority was given to platoon commander vehicles. A portion of these vehicles also had ER 29 radios.
